Frequently Asked Questions 365 Juana

No. 365 Juana strictly enforces a one-account-per-player policy. Creating multiple accounts is a violation of our Terms and Conditions and may result in account suspension and forfeiture of any winnings. If you've forgotten your login credentials, use the password recovery option on the Login page rather than creating a new account.

Yes, Know Your Customer (KYC) verification is required before you can make withdrawals above a certain threshold. This is standard practice for all licensed online gaming platforms in the Philippines. You'll need to submit a clear copy of a valid government-issued ID — such as a PhilSys ID, Passport, Driver's License, SSS, or UMID card. Verification is usually completed within 24 to 48 hours. It's a one-time process, and once done, you're good to go.

Don't worry, it happens to the best of us! Go to the Login page and click "Forgot Password." Enter the mobile number or email address linked to your account, and we'll send you a reset link or OTP right away. If you don't receive it within a few minutes, check your spam folder or message our 24/7 support team for assistance.

We support all the popular payment channels used by Filipinos. You can deposit and withdraw using:

• GCash
• Maya (formerly PayMaya)
• GrabPay
• Coins.ph
• InstaPay & PESONet bank transfers
• BDO, BPI, UnionBank online banking
• Visa and Mastercard debit/credit cards

For more details on each method, visit our Deposit and Withdrawal page.

The minimum deposit is ₱100 for most payment channels including GCash and Maya. We made it affordable so more Filipinos can enjoy the games without breaking the bank. For bank transfers via InstaPay or PESONet, the minimum may be slightly higher depending on your bank's settings. Always check the Deposit and Withdrawal page for the latest limits.

Most withdrawal requests via GCash and Maya are processed within 5 to 15 minutes during business hours. Bank transfers through InstaPay typically clear within the hour, while PESONet transfers may take up to one banking day. We process withdrawals 24/7, but processing times may vary depending on the payment provider's own schedules. Make sure your KYC verification is complete to avoid delays on larger withdrawals.

365 Juana does not charge transaction fees on deposits or withdrawals. However, some payment providers — like banks or e-wallet services — may have their own service fees on their end. We recommend checking with your payment provider for any applicable charges. We always aim to make your experience as cost-efficient as possible.

365 Juana has a wide selection of games suited for every type of player. Our lineup includes:

• PBA Betting — bet on your favourite Philippine Basketball Association teams
• NBA Betting — catch all the action from the US and place your bets live
• Live Casino — baccarat, blackjack, roulette, and more with real dealers
• Card Games — classic and modern casino card game variants
• Tongits — the beloved Filipino card game, now online with real cash prizes
• Roulette — both European and American variants available

Oo naman! 365 Juana offers real-money Tongits where you can join tables with fellow Filipino players and compete for actual cash prizes. The gameplay is smooth, the interface is familiar, and the stakes are up to you. Whether you're a casual player or a seasoned pro, there's a table for every skill level. Just make sure your account is funded and verified before joining a cash game.

Live betting on PBA and NBA games lets you place wagers while the game is actually happening. Odds update in real time based on what's going on in the game — a big run, foul trouble, or a momentum shift can all change the lines. To place a live bet, simply navigate to the sports section while a game is live, select your market (moneyline, spread, totals, etc.), choose your stake in PHP, and confirm your bet. It's fast, exciting, and makes watching the game even more thrilling!

Yes, the Live Casino on 365 Juana features professionally trained, real human dealers running the games in real time from high-quality studio environments. There's no AI dealer or pre-recorded footage — what you see is genuinely live. You can even interact with the dealers through the chat function. It brings the feel of a real casino right into your home, and it's one of our most popular features among players in Manila, Cebu, Davao, and all over the Philippines.

New players on 365 Juana are welcomed with a generous signup bonus on their first deposit. The exact amount and terms may change with ongoing promotions, so head to the Register page and check the current welcome offer before you sign up. Generally, the welcome bonus gives you extra credits to start playing without putting all of your own money at risk right away. Terms and wagering requirements apply — please read them on our Terms and Conditions page.

A wagering requirement (sometimes called a rollover) is the number of times you need to bet a bonus amount before you can withdraw the winnings from it. For example, if you receive a ₱1,000 bonus with a 10x wagering requirement, you need to place a total of ₱10,000 worth of bets before that bonus converts to withdrawable cash. The requirement is standard industry practice and helps ensure fair use of promotional funds. Full details are always in the specific promotion's terms on our Terms and Conditions page.
