01 Acceptance of Terms

03 Account Registration
When creating your365 Juana account, you are required to provide your real name, date of birth, a valid email address, and a Philippine mobile number. All information submitted must be accurate and truthful. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password.
You must not share your account login details with anyone else or allow any other person to use your account. 365 Juana will not be held responsible for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorized use of your account if you have failed to keep your credentials secure.
365 Juana may carry out enhanced due diligence (EDD) checks on any account at any time in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) and know-your-customer (KYC) regulations. This may include requesting proof of identity, proof of address, or source of funds documentation. Players are expected to cooperate fully with these checks.
04 Deposits and Withdrawals
All financial transactions on 365 Juana are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱). We support a range of local payment methods designed specifically for Filipino players, making it easy and convenient to fund your account and receive your winnings.

- All deposits must come from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
- 365 Juana does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, though your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees.
- Withdrawal requests may be subject to KYC verification. Ensure your account is fully verified to avoid delays.
We reserve the right to delay or reverse a withdrawal if we have reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, or any other violation of these Terms. In such cases, we will communicate the reason for the delay as promptly as possible.
05 Bonuses and Promotions
365 Juana regularly offers bonuses, free bets, cashback rewards, and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be communicated clearly at the point of offer. The general bonus rules below apply unless specific promotion states otherwise.
- Wagering requirements: Most deposit bonuses come with a wagering requirement (also called a rollover or turnover requirement). This means you must wager the bonus amount — or the deposit plus bonus amount — a set number of times before the bonus funds can be withdrawn. - Expiry: Bonuses that are not used within the stated validity period will automatically expire and be removed from your account.

06 Betting Rules

- All bets are final once confirmed. 365 Juana does not accept requests to cancel or reverse a confirmed bet except in cases of a verified technical error on our side.
- In the event of a technical malfunction that affects the outcome of a game or bet, 365 Juana reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to players' accounts.
- Odds and game outcomes are determined at the time the bet is settled. Any odds displayed prior to settlement are not guaranteed and may be subject to change before confirmation.
- For sports betting, if an event is postponed, cancelled, or abandoned, bets will be settled according to the specific rules of the relevant sport or market as published on the platform.
- Maximum payout limits may apply per bet and per day. These limits will be communicated on the relevant betting page or upon request from our support team.
07 Prohibited Conduct
To maintain a fair and safe environment for all players, 365 Juana strictly prohibits the following conduct. Engaging in any of these activities will result in immediate account suspension, cancellation of winings, and may be reported to relevant authorities.
- Creating or operating more than one account on the platform

- Coluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes
- Money laundering or using the platform for any illegal financial activity
- Providing false or misleading personal information during registration or verification
- Abusing the bonus system, including creating multiple accounts to claim promotions repeatedly
- Reverse engineering, hacking, or attempting to exploit vulnerabilities in the platform
- Using the account of another person, regardless of their consent
- Engaging in any conduct that is abusive, threatening, or harassing toward other players or our staff
08 Account Suspension and Termination
365 Juana reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at our discretion if we have reasonable grounds to believe that any of the following has occurred:
- Violation of any clause within these Terms and Conditions
- Failure to pass identity verification or KYC checks
- Suspicious betting patterns or behaviour consistent with fraud or money laundering
- Account inactivity for an extended period (typically 12 consecutive months)
- At the request of a court, regulator, or law enforcement agency
Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any bonus balances will be forfeited. Real money balances may be withheld pending investigation. If the investigation clears the account of wrongdoing, the remaining real money balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
Players may also voluntarily close their account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon voluntary closure, any pending bets will be settled and any remaining real money balance will be returned to the player.
09 Privacy and Data Protection
